Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related legal experience.
• Experience counseling on product and commercial contracts.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI compliance.
• Negotiate privacy, security, and AI components in commercial agreements.
• Manage privacy and cyber aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A and IPOs.
• Lead projects with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
