• Experience managing outside counsel and litigation budgets.
• Ability to explain complex issues to non-legal audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse litigation matters including commercial disputes and regulatory actions.
• Drive end-to-end litigation strategy and settlement decisions.
• Direct outside counsel and oversee legal budgets.
• Oversee discovery and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Advise HR and business leaders on employment laws.
• Support governance and training on employment law and safety.
