Banner Health is seeking an Associate General Counsel to serve as a trusted legal advisor and strategic business partner to revenue cycle, supply chain, and enterprise-wide operations. You will negotiate and manage commercial agreements while guiding executives on regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

JD or LLB from an ABA accredited law school.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in Arizona.
Five years' experience as a practicing attorney.
Working knowledge of personal computers and word processing.
Interpersonal and professional skills to provide legal services across all levels.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support interpreting laws and regulations; draft and negotiate agreements and documents.
Advise executives and operations on regulatory compliance, risk, and disputes.
Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies for compliant operations.
Educate business partners on regulatory changes and operational impact.
Support corporate compliance with laws and company policies.
