Job summary

Hilton seeks a Senior Associate GDCM Deployment PEP to join its in-house Technology team. This remote role supports deploying PEP, Hilton's new PMS system, across properties with collaboration from on-site and remote colleagues.

The location for this position is virtual/remote

This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Technology team that's creating consumer-facing, cutting-edge technologies revolutionizing the hospitality industry around the world! As a Senior Associate GDCM Deployment PEP, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Global Deployment & Change Management team reporting to the Manager, Property Engagement Platform, you will support projects including the deployment of PEP, Hilton's new PMS system.

What You'll Do During a Typical Day

• Support team members by troubleshooting issues and providing technical advice.
• Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support.
• Configure and build the system database.
• Set up hardware and system interfaces.
• Migrate hotels from the retired PMS ensuring all data is imported to PEP.

How You'll Collaborate With Others

• Onboard new Associates through training on all aspects of a project and tasks.
• Guide Associate and liaise with the Manager to support Associate's development.
• Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve system issues.

Projects You'll Take Ownership Of

• Multiple stages of a remote and onsite PEP deployment which include communication, configuration, database build, data migration, testing interfaces, and training.
• Project Management duties in the absence of Project Managers.

What It Takes to Make the Stay

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

• Three (3) years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
• Two (2) years of work experience using Property, Sales or Revenue Systems
• Understanding of Hilton's PMS, CRS and interfaces
• Travel up to 80%

It Would Be Useful If You Have

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
• Five (5) + years of professional experience in Technology or a related field
• Experience as a successful systems installer
• Knowledge in the following: point of sale systems, networking experience, desktop support, Linux, XML, Basic SQL, JSON
• Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems
• Bilingual

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $67,500 – $95,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
