Job summary

Hilton in Key West seeks a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, manage databases, and help drive new business. You’ll participate in preparing proposals, contracts, and client communications to ensure accurate information and smooth workflows.

You’ll collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate site visits and amenity deliveries, assist with special projects, events, and reporting, and deliver hospitality through organized, detail-oriented support.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Perform daily sales operations- provide administrative support including management of sales systems, databases, and reporting to ensure accurate account and booking information
• Support sales documentation and reporting- assist with RFP responses, client call summaries, and preparation of proposals and contracts
• Generate and qualify new business: Review, qualify, and build incoming sales inquiries to ensure accurate and timely distribution to the appropriate sales manager.
• Build collaborative relationships- work with multiple departments to ensure successful execution of property site visits and amenity deliveries
• Assist with special projects and events-Support department initiatives, customer engagement activities, and participation in meetings as needed
