Job summary

Hilton in McLean, VA, is seeking a Specialist, HR Consulting to partner with business leaders on Talent Management, Recruitment, and Compensation initiatives. You will help attract, retain, and develop Hilton's Team Members, delivering data-driven insights and effective HR programs.

Based at our corporate office, you will collaborate with HR Consulting and cross-functional teams to produce presentations, reports, and analytics that inform workforce decisions and drive organizational health.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of related work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting insights to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Create presentations, reports, and communications for Talent Reviews and Calibrations.
  • Manage and maintain people and organizational data to support talent and workforce planning.
  • Ensure accurate records and reporting for HR processes and data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with HR Consulting and cross-functional HR teams to deliver support for client groups.
  • Own HR data projects: Talent Review, Calibration, and Organizational Health materials.
  • Deliver HR reporting and records management.

What You'll Do During a Typical Day
  • Create presentations, reports, and communications to support Talent Reviews, Performance Calibrations, and Organizational Health discussions.
  • Manage and maintain people and organizational data to support talent, recruiting, workforce planning, and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate records, documentation, and reporting to support HR processes and data-driven decision-making.
How You'll Collaborate With Others
  • Partner with HR Consulting and cross-functional HR teams to deliver consistent support, communications, and processes for client groups.
  • Support HR Consulting leaders by providing workforce insights, developing presentations, and fulfilling reporting needs that support talent and organizational priorities.
Projects You'll Take Ownership Of
  • People and organizational data management.
  • Talent Review, Performance Calibration, and Organizational Health materials.
  • HR reporting, presentations, and records management.
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
  • One (1) year of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting insights to support business decisions
It Would Be Useful If You Have
  • Prior experience in Human Resources
  • Familiar with HRIS reporting tools

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $57,500 – $80,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
