Job summary

Sage Search Partners seeks a Senior Associate to lead investor reporting within Fund Financial Operations, owning quarterly statements for commingled funds and separate accounts, and serving as the primary contact for investors and consultants.

This 100% onsite role emphasizes investor-facing ownership on a collaborative team with a clear path to growth toward VP, requiring 4+ years in investor reporting and advanced Excel, plus familiarity with Workiva/Juniper Square.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in investor reporting, fund financial operations, fund accounting, or fund administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work full time onsite.
• CPA or CPA candidacy preferred.
• Real estate private equity or real assets experience preferred.
• Workiva, Juniper Square, or Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned investors and consultants.
• Review fund financial statements, management fee calculations, and carried interest calculations prepared by third party administrators.
• Produce quarterly investor reports in Workiva, working alongside Portfolio Management, Accounting, Asset Management, and the fund administrators.
• Maintain the accuracy of fund and investor data in the Juniper Square investor portal.
• Support capital calls, distributions, and other investor communications.
• Identify process improvement and efficiency opportunities across the reporting cycle.
