Sage Search Partners seeks an Investor Reporting Analyst for its San Antonio corporate finance team, supporting quarterly and ad hoc investor reporting, validating and explaining data rather than assembling templates.
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in accounting or fund reporting, advanced Excel, and strong variance investigation and data troubleshooting skills. Power BI or SQL and CPA candidacy are considered pluses.
A private institutional real estate investment platform is adding an Investor Reporting Analyst to its growing San Antonio corporate finance team. The role supports quarterly and ad hoc investor reporting across the funds, which means validating, analyzing, and explaining the underlying financial and operational data rather than assembling templates.
This is a strong landing spot for someone coming out of audit or fund accounting who wants the analytical part of the work without the timesheet. The group is small enough that the work is visible, reporting peaks cluster at quarter end and are known well in advance, and off-cycle time shifts to analysis, ad hoc requests, and technology and process projects. The path runs Analyst to Senior Analyst to Associate and up. The ideal candidate will bring one to three years in accounting, fund accounting, audit, investor reporting, or financial reporting, advanced Excel, real strength in variance investigation and data troubleshooting, and the ability to explain results clearly to internal teams and outside administrators. Communication is a screening criterion here, not a soft preference.
