Position: Senior Associate, Customer & Operations

Responsibilities include advising clients on Loan Origination and Servicing systems, conducting assessments, supporting project execution, business development, and mentoring employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in technology project management, business process, or information systems within financial services or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with loan operations, including origination, servicing, processing, and implementing platforms such as nCino, AFS, ACBS.
• Strong analytical, leadership, client management, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Travel may be up to 80-100%.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
