Senior Associate, Financial Services Banking Loan Operations - AFS/nCino/ACBS

Join to apply for the Senior Associate, Financial Services Banking Loan Operations - AFS/nCino/ACBS role at KPMG US.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Advise clients on revenue enhancements or operational efficiencies/scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models.
  2. Conduct current state assessments, perform industry/competitor research, develop gap assessments, and design target state operating models.
  3. Assist KPMG teams through daily activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations.
  4. Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building relationships, and developing proposals.
  5. Help mentor employees to grow and develop the practice.

**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum three years of experience in technology project management, business process, or information systems within financial services, audit, tax, or advisory firms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Loan operations experience including loan origination and servicing, with understanding of platforms like nCino, Loan IQ, ACBS, and AFS.
  • Strong background as a business or technical analyst with knowledge of operational processes and industry protocols.
  • Ability to assess and enhance IT processes, with leadership, client management, and project management skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel may be up to 80-100%.
  • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
