We are currently seeking a Senior Associate in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Advise clients on Loan Origination and Servicing systems or operational efficiencies/scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models using AFS, nCino, ACBS, or other platforms.
2. Conduct current state assessments, perform industry/competitor research, develop gap assessments, and design target state operating models.
3. Assist KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations.
4. Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building relationships with key executives, and developing/presenting proposals.
5. Help mentor employees to grow and develop the practice.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum three years of experience in technology project management, business process, process delivery, and/or information systems within a financial services/broker/asset manager, audit/tax, and/or advisory firm.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
3. Loan operations experience including loan origination, servicing, processing, and experience implementing nCino, AFS, ACBS.
4. Strong background working as a business or technical analyst with a firm understanding of operational processes (Loan Origination preferred), front-to-back trade flows, leading vendor systems, and industry protocols.
5. Demonstrated ability to assess and enhance IT processes within an organization, with leadership, client management, and project management skills.
6. Ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written formats.
7. Willingness to travel up to 80-100%.
8. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
