Responsibilities

• Lead review and coordination of financial statements and disclosures to ensure accuracy and US GAAP compliance.
• Partner with accounting, tax, and consolidation teams on complex transactions and disclosures.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and coordinate audit requests.
• Drive process improvements, establish reporting controls, and support governance standards.
