Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field and 3+ years in finance or analytics.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, or management reporting.
• Experience building financial models and conducting quantitative analysis.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and reconciling information across sources.
• Experience with financial systems, Excel, and SQL tools.
• Experience using AI tools or automation to improve processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support company-wide expense reporting and leadership dashboards.
• Translate expense data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain expense structures and reconciliations across reporting cuts.
• Improve source-of-truth definitions, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
• Produce recurring expense reports and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning and forecasting cycles.
