Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field and 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, or management reporting in a corporate or business finance environment.
• Experience building financial models and conducting quantitative analysis to support planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and reconciling information across multiple sources.
• Experience with financial systems, Excel, and data tools such as SQL.
• Experience using AI tools or automation to improve work processes, operational efficiency, insight generation, or reporting quality.
• Demonstrated ability maintaining accuracy with complex financial data and managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Connect financial analysis to business implications, identify trade-offs, and help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Partner with Strategic Finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, align assumptions, evaluate key drivers, and support consistent company-wide planning and reporting.
• Translate financial data into clear narratives and concise recommendations that highlight key drivers, trade-offs, and decision points.
• Support recurring Corporate Strategic Finance processes across annual planning, forecasting, monthly close, and management reporting, with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support headcount planning governance, including planning calendars, input requirements, tracking dependencies, and consistency across teams.
• Maintain and improve financial models, reporting tools, and operating processes; leverage automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
• Access, transform, reconcile, and synthesize data to evaluate performance, trends, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity assessments to evaluate risk and mitigation actions across headcount and people costs.
