Responsibilities

• Represent public and private companies on tax and securities issues related to equity-based compensation.
• Draft and negotiate equity-based compensation plans and related agreements.
• Work effectively in teams and manage transactions independently.
• Familiarity with ERISA and employee benefit plans is a plus.
