The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in finance/audit/consulting, strong modeling skills in Excel, and be able to travel up to 40%. CPA/CFA are a plus, and Master’s degree is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Audit, Big 4 Accounting, Banking, Consulting, Finance, or related fields.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting preferred; Master's is a plus.
• CPA, CFA, CTP, and CIRA are a plus. Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the reporting manager in project management and financial analysis across a wide range of projects and industries, including real estate and operating companies.
• Execute and review detailed financial modeling, build and analyze cash flow forecasts, and conduct comprehensive financial statement reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of assessments and court reporting.
• Conduct industry research and contribute to client engagements with due diligence.
• Collaborate effectively within project teams and interact with senior-level client personnel.
• Manage physical on-site property operations and ensure operational efficiencies.
• Maintain strict adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and procedures.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain credibility in all interactions.
