Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Audit, Banking, Finance, or distressed asset consulting.
• Experience in corporate finance, banking, consulting, or accounting preferred.
• CPA, CFA, CTP, and CIRA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project management and financial analysis across various projects.
• Execute and review detailed financial modeling and cash flow forecasts.
• Act as 'boots on the ground' for on-site property operations.
