Job summary

Kroll is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Discovery & Analytics practice in the United States. This role will support the delivery of complex eDiscovery and data analytics engagements across investigations, litigation, regulatory matters, and data breach response.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, CS, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of eDiscovery, investigations, or data analytics experience.
  • Strong Relativity knowledge; RelativityOne preferred.
  • Experience supporting U.S. litigation, investigations, or data breach responses.

Responsibilities

  • Execute eDiscovery workflows including processing, hosting, analytics, review support, and production.
  • Configure RelativityOne workspaces, permissions, workflows, and QC processes.
  • Support litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and data breach response engagements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with U.S. and global teams to ensure delivery standards and best practices.
  • Assist with client communications, including status updates and workflow discussions.
  • Support data collections, remote/cloud-based workflows, and coordination across jurisdictions.
  • Contribute to documentation of workflows, procedures, and matter-specific requirements.
  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and matter close-out activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including training and automation.

Job description

Kroll is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Discovery & Analytics practice in the United States. This role will support the delivery of complex eDiscovery and data analytics engagements across investigations, litigation, regulatory matters, and data breach response.

This position will serve as a key contributor within the U.S. team, combining hands‑on eDiscovery execution with client‑facing responsibilities. The Senior Associate will work closely with global teams and U.S. leadership to deliver high‑quality, defensible outcomes, while helping to support and scale Kroll’s Discovery & Analytics capabilities across U.S.-based and cross‑border matters.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Execute eDiscovery workflows including data processing, hosting, analytics, review support, and production.

Configure and administer RelativityOne workspaces, including permissions, workflows, searches, and quality control processes.

Support litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and data breach response engagements, including matters involving U.S. privacy, data protection, and cross‑border considerations.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and review teams.

Collaborate with U.S. and global teams to ensure consistency in delivery standards and best practices.

Assist with client communications, including status updates, issue resolution, and workflow discussions.

Support data collections, remote/cloud-based workflows, and coordination across jurisdictions where needed.

Contribute to documentation of workflows, procedures, and matter‑specific requirements.

Assist with reporting, tracking, and matter close‑out activities.

Support continuous improvement initiatives, including training, automation, and operational efficiencies.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Typically 3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, digital investigations, data analytics, or related areas.

Strong working knowledge of Relativity; RelativityOne experience preferred.

Experience supporting U.S.-based litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, or data breach response engagements.

Familiarity with eDiscovery best practices, defensible workflows, data privacy considerations, and production protocols.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to defensibility and quality.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment and manage competing priorities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in national and global team environments.
