Overview

We are working with a fast-growing, vertically integrated owner/operator of Class A multifamily and student housing seeking a Director with a proven track record of institutional-level fundraising, ideally on behalf of a multifamily and/or student platform. Our client is launching several new vehicles/funds, and needs a polished candidate, with an existing network, to collaborate directly with the internal Capital Markets/Executive teams, and deliver material results from day one. This is an industry leader that continues to raise capital, deploy capital, and outperform its peers year-over-year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal Capital Markets and Executive teams to raise institutional capital for multiple vehicles/funds.
• Deliver material results from day one with an existing network and track record in fundraising for CRE platforms.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related major from a top-tier university
• 10-15 years of direct IR, capital markets, and/or business development experience with a leading CRE firm, PE firm, or IB
• A proven track record of raising significant institutional capital on behalf of established CRE platforms
• Experience leading a team is a plus
