Job summary

Macquarie Asset Management is seeking an investment professional to own digital infrastructure investments, from sourcing opportunities through execution and exit. You will deploy third-party equity capital and actively manage existing investments with a focus on long-term value creation.

You will partner with senior leaders to set strategy, guide business planning, and manage performance while supporting mentoring and development within a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in direct investing.
• Experience in the digital or communications industries is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of leading transactions through successful execution.
• Strong analytical, technical, interpersonal, and commercial skills with an entrepreneurial approach.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will take ownership across digital infrastructure investments, from helping source opportunities through execution and exit. You will deploy third-party equity capital and actively manage existing investments with a clear focus on long-term value creation. You will partner closely with senior leaders in our portfolio companies to set strategy, guide business planning, and manage performance. You will also support mentoring and development within our team while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Salary range for this position: $185,000 - 235,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
