Job summary

Kansas Health Science University (KHSU)-Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine (KansasCOM) seeks an experienced academic leader to guide outcomes assessment, curriculum development, and accreditation readiness across colleges. You will collaborate across academic affairs, student services, faculty, and research to define and measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven academic leadership with effective administration.
• Experience developing and implementing assessment measures.
• Familiar with accreditation processes (AOA, COCA, WSCUC).

Responsibilities

• Advise on campus resources and learning environment to support student and faculty success.
• Review planning, staffing, resources, and technology for university mission.
• Develop curriculum and programs to meet college missions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT to select software and integrate services.
• Lead a team to identify academic outcomes and measures.
• Oversee student and faculty assessment and reporting.
• Support accreditation activities and compliance.
• Create data reporting for the board, accreditors, and state agencies.
