Job summary

Sallie Mae is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Analytics to support analytics initiatives, collaborating with the analytics team to gather, analyze data and provide insights. You will prepare data for analysis, build models, and present findings to leadership to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Support analytics initiatives, gather and analyze data, and generate insights.
  • Gather, clean, and prepare data for analysis with accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop models and forecasts to support business planning.
  • Create presentations on findings and provide recommendations to leadership.
  • Create and maintain data documentation, data dictionaries, and SOPs.
  • Contribute to ongoing data quality and data management improvements.
