Job summary

N26 Inc. in Berlin is seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Finance to own and execute the Funds Transfer Pricing framework and drive treasury planning.

You will report to the Head of Corporate Finance and influence profitability by allocating capital and defining incentives for business units. Key responsibilities include owning FTP, treasury controlling, planning, regulatory readiness, and data automation with SQL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Bank Treasury, Financial Services, or Top-Tier Consulting.
• Deep understanding of bank balance sheet management, deposit modeling, capital planning, and European regulatory frameworks (CRR, CRD IV/V, KWG).
• Advanced Excel proficiency; strong SQL skills are a major plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Quantitative Economics, or an equivalent technical qualification.

Responsibilities

• FTP Ownership: Maintain and evolve the internal FTP regime to centralize liquidity and interest rate risks, pricing risk accurately to steer balance sheet profitability.
• Treasury Controlling & Reporting: Own day-to-day data consolidation, PnL monitoring, and tracking of core Treasury KPIs.
• Planning & Forecasting: Partner with Treasury and Finance to drive the multi-year budget and strategic planning process.
• Audit & Regulatory Readiness: Lead the documentation of technical assumptions and balance sheet models for internal/external audits.
• Data & Automation: Upgrade reporting pipelines using SQL to eliminate data bottlenecks and scale infrastructure.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with ALM, STIRM, Risk, and Finance to ensure regulatory compliance and strategic alignment.
