Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a senior-level Treasury/FTP leader to develop and implement a new funds transfer pricing framework and supporting infrastructure. You will lead cross-functional efforts, refine methodologies, and build analytics to influence risk, profitability, and strategic decisions.

The role requires extensive treasury, ALM, and FTP experience, with strong modeling and communication skills to guide stakeholders across the organization. A solid academic background and CFA/PRM preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of treasury/FTP/ALM experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience with FTP methodologies for non-maturity deposits and lending products.
• Proven ability to develop models and dashboards for treasury analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of a new FTP framework and methodology.
• Establish FTP policy and methodologies tied to market rates, liquidity and capital.
• Develop analytics and reporting capabilities, including NIM decomposition across business lines.
• Educate stakeholders on FTP applications to optimize net interest income.
