Job summary

Ares Management Corporation in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Associate to lead the operating plan for the Employee Co-Invest Program. You will own investor onboarding, reporting, fund accounting, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external fund administrators.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, process improvement, and delivering timely management financial and operational reporting. Prior experience in investment accounting and investor portal implementations is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Economics or Finance with outstanding academic record.
• CPA, preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred).
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new co-invest funds launches and onboarding with internal/external parties.
• Manage relationships with US and Mumbai teams and external fund administrators.
• Drive innovation in investor operations processes and reporting.
• Oversee project plans, milestones, and management updates.
