Ares Management LLC is seeking a Senior Associate for the Corporate Finance team to lead the operating plan of the Employee Co-Invest Program. You will own investor onboarding, relationships, operations, reporting, and fund accounting for multiple funds while collaborating across US and Mumbai teams.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, process improvement, and delivering accurate management financial and operational reporting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Economics or Finance with outstanding academic record.
• CPA, preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant work experience, Big 4 preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new co-invest funds launches, including fund structure, jurisdictions, onboarding, and reporting requirements.
• Manage relationships with internal resources and external fund administrators.
• Innovate investor operations solutions and centralized processes.
• Oversee project plans, milestones, and updates to executive management.
• Coordinate banking/lender relationships and audits to meet reporting deadlines.
• Manage debt facilities and review compliance reporting.
• Oversee quarterly reporting and capital activity events with fund administrators.
• Review quarterly NAV reconciliations and GAAP financial statements.
