District Management Group (DMGroup) seeks a Senior Associate for the Breakthrough Results Team, collaborating with school leaders to design data-driven improvement plans and ambitious SMART goals.
Based in Boston with some remote flexibility, you will analyze data, visualize progress weekly, coordinate coaches, and support client projects while strengthening DMGroup’s education reform initiatives.
The Senior Associate will play an integral role within the firm’s Breakthrough Results Team, working directly with leaders in K-12 public education and supporting teams of teachers and leaders in achieving extraordinary outcomes with their students using DMGroup’s Breakthrough Results Program model, rooted in the best practices of improvement science.
DMGroup’s headquarters are located in Boston, MA. This role will be based out of the Boston office with flexibility to work from home up to two days a week based on schedule and team needs.
