Job summary

Veeva seeks a Senior Associate to join Crossix Client Analytics Services. You’ll bridge product and client goals, acting as a strategic partner to agencies and brands to deliver actionable insights with speed.

In this role you will manage customer success flows, lead meetings, and leverage the Crossix Measurement Suite to tell data-driven stories that underscore product value and drive marketing decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an analytical and customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to support customer relationships and external partners.
• Experience with data to navigate and solve problems.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to troubleshoot.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for key customer meetings.
• Experience in Life Sciences and marketing analytics.
• Direct experience with Crossix Measurement Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive Execution: manage day-to-day flow of customer success from post-sale setup through renewal.
• Lead Customer Meetings: act as primary contact for agencies and customers, leading meetings.
• Data Storytelling: interpret data with Crossix suite and craft actionable narratives.
• Project Management: oversee timelines and milestones with clear internal feedback.

We are looking for an experienced analyst to join our Client Analytics Services team. As a Senior Associate, you will be the bridge between our industry‑specific product and our customer’s strategic goals. You’ll act as a strategic partner to major agencies and brands, ensuring every delivery provides clear, actionable value with speed.

Responsibilities

• Drive Execution: Manage the day‑to‑day flow of customer success, from initial post‑sale setup through the renewal cycle
• Lead Customer Meetings: Serve as a reliable point of contact for agency and customer teams, comfortably leading meetings and presenting findings independently
• Data Storytelling: Leverage the Crossix Measurement Suite to interpret data and build clear, actionable narratives that inform marketing decisions and highlight product value
• Project Management: Oversee delivery timelines and milestones, providing clear feedback to internal teams to ensure high‑quality, on‑time deliveries
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Use critical thinking and cross‑functional collaboration to troubleshoot complex results and answer the customer’s core business questions

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in an analytical and customer‑facing role
• Customer Skills: Proven ability to support customer relationships and communicate with external partners
• Data Comfort: Experience working with data and navigating problems using data
• Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex results

Base pay: $95,000 - $120,000. The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
