Job summary

Trace3 is a leading IT services firm seeking a Senior Associate to partner with clients on strategic planning and roadmaps. You will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives and programs, leveraging Trace3’s technology platforms and change management expertise to maximize adoption and outcomes.

You will work with a team of problem solvers to design cohesive solutions, manage data architectures, and deliver on client goals, with up to 50% travel and a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related professional work experience, preferably in technology or consulting.
• Strong client service skills are imperative.
• Understanding of information technologies and how a services organization works.
• Ability to listen, build rapport and credibility as a strategic partner.
• Experience in program management, change management and continuous improvement.
• Highly organized with excellent time management; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead a project/program workstream with scope, timelines, and resource coordination.
• Analyze project dimensions to identify risks and opportunities; present findings.
• Provide transparent status updates to internal teams and clients.
• Support project resources and management team with customer service.
• Assist in developing strategies for complex technical challenges.
• Manage multiple clients and report to senior managers.
• Build strong client relationships across business units.
• Contribute to your own and the team’s technical acumen.
• Assist in business development activities and research opportunities.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites.
