Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal’s PEPI - CFO Services in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Associate to support private equity portfolios with finance transformation, forecasting and performance analytics.

You will lead data collection, perform trend analysis, build integrated three-statement models in Excel, and develop client-ready presentations in PowerPoint. The role emphasizes collaboration, rigorous analysis and clear storytelling to drive cash and EBITDA improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited 4‑year college/university with a concentration in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 3‑7 years of experience in accounting/finance, financial due diligence, restructuring, investment banking, or private equity.
• Experience building integrated financial models with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop information requests based on the project scope and lead client interviews to gather meaningful data.
• Identify information gaps through trend analysis and pattern recognition; ensure forecasting is reliable and transparent.
• Develop financial models (three‑statement forecast, liquidity forecasting) and client presentations independently and accurately.
• Develop bespoke solutions with creative approaches during unprecedented times.
• Promote a team environment and provide coaching to teammates.
