Job summary

KPMG LLP's Deal Advisory and Strategy practice is seeking a Senior Associate in Capital Solutions to translate business needs into technology-enabled improvements across the Structured Finance practice. You will document requirements, support solution roadmaps, coordinate testing, and assist with rollout while collaborating with practice stakeholders and technology teams.

A bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience are required, and applicants must be authorized to work

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, technology implementation, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong ability to document business requirements, process flows, testing procedures, and solution documentation.
• Experience supporting technology development, system enhancements, platform implementation, or process improvement projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership.
• Interest in AI, automation, and technology-enabled process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements for new systems, enhancements, AI-enabled tools, and other technology solutions.
• Work with practice stakeholders to understand business needs, process challenges, and opportunities for automation or technology-enabled improvement.
• Support solution roadmaps, prioritization activities, and planning discussions across the systems portfolio.
• Assist with project lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, design coordination, testing support, implementation planning, and rollout.
• Prepare and maintain system acceptance testing, certification, solution, training, and adoption documentation.
• Perform solution quality assurance activities and support SOC 1 and SOC 2 documentation needs for gCLAS and KLAS.
• Provide ongoing support for operational efficiency initiatives that improve quality, consistency, scalability, and profitability across the Structured Finance practice.
