Job summary

KPMG LLP invites applications for an Associate in Technology Enablement within our Consulting practice in Los Angeles. This role supports offsite delivery of business processes across technology, finance, reporting, and data analytics.

Responsibilities include preparing client reports, data gathering with technology tools, delivering process deliverables, and providing performance measurements. Travel may be up to 80-100%, and U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in technology project management or process delivery within an audit, tax, or advisory firm.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Finance is preferred.
• Background as a business/technical analyst with knowledge of front-to-back trade flows and vendor systems.
• Ability to identify process improvements and make recommendations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Travel may be up to 80-100%.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A minimum of one year of experience in technology project management, business process, process delivery and/or information systems within an audit, tax, and/or advisory firm
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field; degree in Information Technology or Finance preferred
• Background working as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of front to back trade flows, leading vendor systems, and/or industry protocols
• Ability to find process improvement and make recommendations
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of team members and clients
• Travel may be up to 80-100%
