Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Risk Management.
2+ years of experience conducting BIAs and dependency mapping (technology/application dependencies).
2+ years of experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Google Suite analytics) to analyze risk metrics and build reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

Business Continuity Plan QA, BIA & Dependency Mapping.
Deliver on annual BCP QA requirements through QA sessions and forums.
Support BIAs across Banking & Premium Products to identify critical functions, RTOs, and RPOs.
Map end-to-end dependencies with IT and Infrastructure teams.
Align business recovery timeframes with DR capabilities and identify gaps.
