Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator to join our Business Enablement Transformation Office.

Responsibilities:

• Support Automation Anywhere - A360 infrastructure, including on-premises installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve bot code issues and suggest best automation designs.
• Manage and monitor Automation Anywhere A360 control room and client services daily, notifying support of platform issues.
• Identify and resolve infrastructural issues, including firewall, driver, MS Office, and application problems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities, such as control room upgrades and software patching.

Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of recent experience in supporting/configuring Windows Server OS, Citrix/AVD, SDLC, scripting, MS tools, and development tools/languages.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience supporting on-prem infrastructure, cloud platforms, or server administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with application testing, defect management, change/release management, and escalation processes.
• Certified Automation Anywhere Infrastructure is preferred or can be obtained within the first month of onboarding.
• Knowledge of automation solutions and tools (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UiPath, etc.) and SDLC is preferred.
