We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate Attorney in Los Angeles with exposure to a broad range of real estate matters. The firm offers a growing practice with opportunities to take over a book and significant growth potential, with hybrid/remote work options.

The role includes handling leasing, acquisitions, financing, high-end residential work, and related agreements alongside top lawyers from elite law schools.

Responsabilidades

• Leasing (office, retail and industrial)
• Purchase and sale of assets (office buildings, retail, etc.)
• Financing work (mostly borrower side)
• High end/luxury residential work
• Construction agreements and related agreements (architects, designers, etc.)

Salary & Benefits:

• Paying up to $300k plus bonus
