We Are Legal Revolution is partnering with a national litigation platform to offer a fully remote AMLAW 100 Insurance Defense / Products Liability Litigator role. This position supports a Texas–based defense team with exposure to tort, products liability, and high-stakes litigation.

You will draft pleadings, handle depositions, and work closely with clients and opposing counsel. The role emphasizes strong writing and research skills, with mentorship from an experienced trial attorney and

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar (mandatory).
• 2+ years experience in Insurance Defense / tort / products / GL.
• Strong academics + writing, research, and analytical skills.

AMLAW 100- Insurance Defense / Products Liability Litigator | 100% Remote | Up to $275k + Bonus + Full Benefits

We’re partnering with a national litigation platform with a true 50-state footprint that’s expanding their Texas–based team and is open to attorneys working fully remote.

This is a high-quality defense-side seat for litigators who want tort + products work, strong writing/research expectations, and the chance to learn directly from a seasoned trial attorney who has taken numerous matters to verdict — including complex product disputes and high-stakes litigation.

The Role

• Defense-side litigation in tort / GL / products / catastrophic injury matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Handle depositions and work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Support trial prep and strategic litigation work

Compensation

• Up to $290k depending on experience

Must-Haves

• Active Texas Bar (mandatory)
• 2+ years experience in Insurance Defense / tort / products / GL experience preferred (all levels considered)
• Strong academics + excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
