Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a California-based boutique employment defense firm, is seeking a senior attorney to lead complex litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and PAGA matters.

You will handle depositions, discovery, motions, strategy, and trial preparation, with autonomy to run your own cases and strong partner support. 10-15 years of post-qualification experience and CA license required.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in Employment Defense.
• Licensed to practice in California.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex employment defense litigation including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and PAGA matters.
• Provide high-level advice and counsel to business owners.
• Handle depositions, discovery, motions, strategy and trial preparation.

• Worked at 2 or 3 firms since graduating law school
• Licensed in California
• Strong litigation skills + genuine interest in both courtroom work and strategic counseling
