BGRE, a Brookfield real estate platform, seeks a Senior Associate, Asset Management in Los Angeles, CA to support the West Coast portfolio. You will collaborate with Analysts, Associates, VPs and SVPs to drive performance across office, logistics and related assets.

With 5–7 years in commercial real estate, you will lead underwriting, valuations and capital projects; mentor junior staff; and deliver periodic reports to regional leadership. This role offers growth and a dynamic team culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably industrial/logistics.
• Proficiency in Argus, Excel, PowerPoint; VTS and Yardi experience a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions and attend team events.

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Asset Management to join BGRE in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will play a key role in inspiring change and continual improvement. The Senior Associate will support the Asset Management team across the West Coast region, acting as a bridge between Analyst and Associate-level contributors and VPs and SVPs. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals with 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, offering hands-on exposure to leasing, valuations, capital projects, and portfolio strategy. The position reports directly to the Head of West Coast Operations and collaborates closely with regional leadership to drive performance and growth.

Role & Responsibilities

• Salary Type: Exempt
• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
• Annual Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $175,000
