BGRE, a premier real estate partner, seeks a Senior Associate, Asset Management to join our Los Angeles team. You will bridge Analysts and VPs, shaping leasing strategies, valuations, and portfolio initiatives across the West Coast.

The role requires 5–7 years in CRE, with strong Argus, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Travel across the West Coast and collaboration with leadership are essential to drive performance and growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably industrial/logistics.
• Proficiency in Argus, Excel, PowerPoint; VTS and Yardi experience a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Familiarity with West Coast industrial markets preferred.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions and attend team events.

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Asset Management to join BGRE in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will play a key role in inspiring change and continual improvement. The Senior Associate will support the Asset Management team across the West Coast region, acting as a bridge between Analyst and Associate-level contributors and VPs and SVPs. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals with 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, offering hands-on exposure to leasing, valuations, capital projects, and portfolio strategy. The position reports directly to the Head of West Coast Operations and collaborates closely with regional leadership to drive performance and growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Type: Exempt
• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
• Annual Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $175,000
