Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or related field.
- Progress toward CFA/CAIA or relevant designation is a positive.
- 5+ years of experience in alternative investment research or related fields.
- Strong analytical capability across performance, risk, liquidity and spreads.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening of alternative strategies, managers and funds.
- Diligence on managers, funds, strategies including process, team and track record.
- Prepare concise investment recommendations with risks, liquidity and fees.
- Monitor investments, track commitments and reporting.
- Help improve automation and AI-enabled research workflows.
