Job summary

PwC in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Associate in Deals Tech & Data to drive analytics across M&A engagements. You will analyze complex problems, automate data workflows, and build AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with both technologists and deal teams to deliver actionable insights.

You will mentor junior staff, manage multiple engagements, and help foster strong client relationships while applying advanced visualization and ML techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in data and technology space.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex problems and provide actionable insights.
• Automate data prep, cleansing, and reporting with AI-assisted pipelines.
• Leverage data visualization tools and programming languages.
• Apply Generative AI tools for rapid data synthesis and insights.
• Build scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows (Databricks, etc.).
• Develop ML models for risk assessment, churn, synergy, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Private Equity deal teams to design analytics solutions.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and technologists.
• Mentor junior team members and nurture client relationships.
