Job summary

PwC in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior Associate for Deals Tech & Data to lead analytics work across M&A engagements. You will mentor teammates, manage multiple engagements, and leverage data visualization and programming languages to derive insights that drive client decisions.

You will help harness modern technologies, data engineering, Generative AI, and advanced analytics to deliver differentiated insights in complex deals, collaborating with Private Equity clients and portfolio

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, statistics, economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset.
Experience applying quantitative methods to business problems.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex problems and provide actionable insights.
Automate data preparation, cleansing, and reporting tasks using AI-assisted pipelines.
Leverage data visualization tools and programming languages to communicate findings.
Apply Generative AI for rapid data synthesis and insight generation across deal stages.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows with platforms like Databricks.
Develop and implement ML models for risk assessment and forecasting.
Collaborate with private equity deal teams to design analytics solutions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
Foster meaningful client relationships.
