PwC seeks a Deals Diligence Analytics Manager to work with top private equity and corporate clients, transforming data into actionable insights across deal lifecycle. You will leverage Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to drive diligence, value creation, and post-deal performance improvements.

You will develop predictive models, build data pipelines, ensure data integrity and security, and coach a team to deliver client-focused analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics or deal diligence.
• Fields such as Accounting, Engineering, Data Science, CS, Economics, or Finance are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven diligence and value creation initiatives for clients.
• Manage complex data analyses and translate insights into recommendations.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and analytics warehouses.
• Create predictive models and scenario analyses to support decisions.
• Oversee data quality and security throughout the analytics process.
• Coach team members and develop skills in data analytics.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to clients and teams.
