HarperCollins is seeking a Senior Associate, Advertising to partner with the Senior Manager, Advertising to execute media buying across multiple digital platforms and multiple publishing imprints. In collaboration with their manager and the publishing teams, they will help advise on ad plans for new and existing books, execute and optimize campaigns, and create timely and dynamic reporting for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and experienced in digital market platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and the Trade Desk. They can quickly plug into existing workflows, build campaigns accurately, and execute against internally defined strategies with strong attention to detail.

The salary for this position is $65,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what ourideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
