KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Associate, Administrative Services (OMP Support) to join our Administrative & Office Experience team in San Juan, PR. You will provide executive support, coordinate calendars and travel, manage budgets, and drive strategic initiatives with market leadership.

You will collaborate with partners and staff to deliver high-impact operations, coordinate recruiting, and leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of administrative, operational, executive support, project management, or practice operations experience.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to leverage AI-enabled technologies and automation tools.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience working in Puerto Rico market; ability to be in the San Juan office at least four days per week.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support, including travel coordination, calendar support, expense reporting, invoice processing, purchasing activities, and research; prepare executive-level communications, presentations, leadership updates, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
  • Partner with market leadership to execute strategic initiatives supporting growth, brand, people, and market priorities; manage high-priority projects, special initiatives, and market-wide campaigns; support partners with local business development activities; liaise between leadership, business teams, office operations, and external stakeholders; coordinate complex cross-functional team logistics.
  • Lead oversight of ticket management processes, market asset administration, workflow tracking, approvals, and operational compliance; assist with audit report reissuances and risk compliance; coordinate community impact initiatives and market engagement efforts.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including university relations and campus events, to support local talent pipeline; manage alumni and retired partner programs; handle stakeholder communications, events, and engagement.
  • Support management of leadership budgets, expenditures, operational metrics, and program reporting; track milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions for timely execution and accountability.
  • Leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operations and service delivery; identify opportunities to improve processes; act as informal leader and knowledge resource.
  • Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive administrative support, including travel coordination, calendar support, expense reporting, invoice processing, purchasing activities, and research; prepare executive-level communications, presentations, leadership updates, reports, dashboards, and briefing materials

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of recent administrative, operational, executive support, project management, or practice operations experience, preferably within a professional services environment; experience mentoring or supporting team members
  • Experience supporting senior leadership, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional programs. Strong project management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience supporting reporting, budgets, operational metrics, and leadership communications; ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives and competing deadlines
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and independent thinking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to leverage AI-enabled technologies and automation tools
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
  • Experience working within the Puerto Rico market and understanding of local business culture is strongly preferred; ability to be in the San Juan office a minimum of four days per week
