KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Account Management to join our Growth and Strategy organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account team leadership to support operational functions; develop and implement account processes to meet business needs and ensure compliance with client requirements; focus on risk mitigation and operational excellence.
- Manage account strategy, business development, reporting, compliance, operational excellence, team organization, collaboration, and communication.
- Partner with leadership to standardize processes, enhance operations, assist with client Vendor Management System implementations, oversee junior resources, manage Contractor Labor Programs, and coordinate inquiries.
- Utilize firm tools for accurate reporting, manage pipeline, financial planning, engagement tracking, and client requests; maintain relationships with client vendor management or procurement teams; supervise onshore and offshore resources.
- Understand and ensure compliance with MSA, SOW, and rate card requirements; facilitate responses to audits, risk assessments, and client requests; support risk management activities.
- Contribute to onboarding new account team members, create onboarding materials, and maintain collaboration platforms to ensure continuity of processes and resources.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in financial/data analysis, project management, or business operations management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related; master's preferred.
- Experience in end-to-end account operations and familiarity with collaboration platforms and Vendor Management Systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; strong project management capabilities.
- Critical thinking, issue resolution skills, and ability to assess and improve processes.
- Effective time management, stakeholder management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship available.
