About The Company

Our client is a global asset manager with multi-strategy investment platforms and over $145 billion in AUM providing businesses with private capital.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and supporting schedules
• Perform intercompany reconciliations across multiple currencies
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for assigned international entities with the offshore team
• Oversee VAT, GST, and consumption tax filings including monitoring offshore resources for compliance
• Support preparation of foreign income tax returns
• Assist in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting for international operations
• Perform detailed variance analysis
• Prepare and analyze financial data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting within public accounting and private firms
• Exposure to international entities preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, global accounting standards, and foreign exchange accounting
• Experience with Oracle, Smart View, or similar ERP systems preferred

Salary Range

$115,000 – $140,000
