Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corp. is seeking a Treasury Senior Analyst to assist the Assistant Treasurer in managing treasury functions, cash management, FX operations, and policy development. This role supports intercompany cash planning, funding, netting and investments, plus risk management initiatives.

Based in Princeton, NJ, this hybrid role allows remote work. The candidate will prepare cash flow forecasts, develop long-range projections and present analyses to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, treasury management and cash management.
• Experience with international cash operations and treasury background.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash and banking operations (pooling, structure, bank accounts, relationships).
• Ownership of intercompany cash planning, funding, netting and investments.
• Manage intercompany loan portfolio, coordinating with Tax, Legal, and Accounting.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and provide detailed consolidated cash flow projections.
• Execute investing strategies and invest excess funds based on safety and preservation of principal.
• Support administration and analysis of receivables securitization facility.
• Formulate, communicate, and supervise management of departmental policies and procedures.
• Project management for Treasury strategic initiatives.
• Prepare presentations for senior management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Incorporate AI functionality for simplification of Treasury processes.
