Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent for The Woodlands Country Club, Palmer Course in The Woodlands, TX. Lead the agronomy team, oversee daily maintenance, and drive quality standards for a 27-hole Arnold Palmer design with upcoming renovations.

We value a candidate with a strong irrigation and equipment knowledge base, proven leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team and members.

Qualifications

• Degree in Turf Management or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive golf course superintendent experience.
• State Certified Pesticide License required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; mentorship of team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily golf course maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate with General Manager and Golf Professionals on playability and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and club standards across all responsibilities.
• Oversee irrigation programming, maintenance, scheduling, and pump operations.
