Arcis Golf is seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent to lead the agronomy team at The Woodlands Country Club - Palmer Course, The Woodlands, TX.

The role requires 10+ years of golf course experience, a Turf Management degree, state pesticide license, and proven leadership to manage irrigation, maintenance, and staff. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $125,000 with potential bonus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Turf Management or related field required.
• Supervisory experience with minimum 10 years golf course experience.
• State Certified Pesticide License required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages golf course maintenance day-to-day activities within financial parameters.
• Communicates with General Manager, Golf Professionals, and members about conditions and playability.
• Leads Assistant Superintendents, Technicians, Mechanics, and Agronomy staff; ensures compliance with laws.
